What is your process for determining if, and how, you can help us?

We start with a free 30-minute initital consultation where we get a high level overview of your business, challenges and goals. From there, if we believe we can help you, we'll schedule a 1-hour call for a deeper dive to discuss the questionaire we'll provide you in advance of this deep dive call.

During the deep dive call, we'll have a conversation about your needs and how we can help you solve them.  If you like what you hear, you'll hire us.

What makes for a succesful engagement?

Communication, Openess, Honesty and Vulnerability!

We need to be open, honest and vulnerable with each other in order to build the trust and develop the solid working relationship that will drive your business forward.

Though we'll have numerous tactical conversations during our engagement, we schedule a weekly 1-hour call to discuss the big picture to ensure we stay aligned and are both looking at your business from the same 30,000 foot strategic level too.

What do you charge?

Once we understand your needs, we'll provide you with a customized proposal.  Depending on your needs, our proposal will either be project-based or retainer-based.

What is my committment?

Accepted Answer

We keep it simple for you thus there is no long term committment on your part.

Our standard Fractional COO retainer service agreement is for an initial 3-month period, then it's month-to-month after that.  Being on a monthly retainer means we need to prove our worth to you, and deliver value and results, every month.  We know we can help you and your team thus we are confident you will find long-term value in having us a part of your Executive team well beyond the initial 3-month period.

Our standard Constulting project agreement is for the length of the project.

After we hire you, can we change or add to the scope?

As your Fractional COO, we're here to help you improve the operations and profitability of your company.

If we're a retainer based Fractional COO, priorities can easily be updated, changed and added to reflect your needs as your priorities and the needs of the business change. If your request means we need to modify your retainer, we will gladly do so.

If we're a project based Consultant, we'll gladly discuss your options.
